I'm a photographer specialising in theatre and opera. A graduate of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, I worked as an actor for 10 years before jumping from the stage to stalls to take up photography.

For me, there's nothing more gratifying than contributing to the overall vision of a piece of work. Capturing the spirit of a production while breathing life into my pictures to front a promotional campaign is my number one priority.

I work all over the UK in both theatre and opera and spent a period of time working across Australia with many of their leading companies which included Opera Australia, Queensland Theatre, West Australia Ballet, Opera Queensland, State Theatre Company South Australia, Victorian Opera, Melbourne Theatre Company.

My images have been published nationally in The Guardian, The Stage, The Times, The Metro, The Sunday Times, The Observer, The Financial Times, and Time Out. Internationally they've appeared in The New York Times, The Australian, The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Herald Sun, and Time Out Melbourne.

Clients include: BBC, Almeida Theatre, Welsh National Opera, Young Vic, Bush Theatre, The Grange Festival, Royal Northern College of Music, English Touring Opera, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Opera Holland Park, The New Wolsey, Garsington Opera, Mercury Theatre, Longborough Opera, English National Opera, Tobacco Factory Theatres, National Youth Theatre, Mountview, Scottish Opera, Salisbury Playhouse, Arcola, ArtsEd, Bristol Old Vic, The Royal Academy of Music, If Opera, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, The Yvonne Arnaud, The Northcott, Farnham Maltings, Gate Theatre, Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory, Rose Bruford, Guildford School of Acting, National Theatre Wales
